On Display

So between work, fighting a cold and volunteering at Missions Fest l had no time to take any pictures so one more from our recent daytrip.
In the town of Westlock we passed by this caboose on display. It was part of the Northern Alberta Railway
Brrr! American trains no longer use cabooses. I see them used as restaurants and homes from time to time.

You saw a lot of nice things on that day trip! I love trains too. I've always wanted to take a train trip across the US. Who knows, maybe some day I will.

Great looking train. Trains are fascinating. A train trip would be fun. I did one one time in 1997 from St. Petersburg, Russia to Moscow, Russia. It did not look this good.

Hey, not so modern, yet it has what looks like a modern "slide out" that current day motorhomes have. Maybe this is what game RV manufacturers the idea???
