The French District Day 2

As we head south we come to Ecole Grandin School. It was the first brick schoolhouse that opened in Edmonton for the Seperate Schoolboard. Classes were first held here in Sept. 1914
The mural was painted in 2014 marking the 100th Anniversary of the school.
From here we will head two blocks west and check out a beautiful private residence

100 years is a fine milestone! The collage looks like it has incorporated parts of the school's history into its design. Nicely captured.
