Government House

Built in 1913 as official residence of Alberta's Lt. Governor.
It was used until 1938. During World War I l it served as a veterans hospital.
After sitting vacant for a number of years the Provincial Government renovated it and today is used for public events hosted by the government .
As well the Cabinet meets here every Tuesday.
