Fourth Street Promenade

This is the old warehouse district of downtown Edmonton. It is one of my favorite places. It still has numerous old historical buildings that today hold businesses, coffee shops and restaurants. You can also see new condos that have been built. It is a popular spot due to the fact at the end of the street is Edmonton's Ice District home to Roger's Place Arena

A nice mix of old and new. I'm just surprised to see sand on the road with the trees. Here it is a common sight (everything is sandy), but I didn't expect it where you are.
