I haven't been able to come up with anything this week for the blue theme. Even the Blue Jays have pretty much disappeared so I'm submitting a half blue picture even though the subject is red! I don't know why but this has definitely been THE most challenging theme for me so far. I know this doesn't really fit the theme but I'm going to tag it that way anyway and will keep my fingers crossed for an easy theme next week.... cats would work for me!! :) This has been a busy day and since this is all I've got it's my pic of the day!
Beautiful picture! I finally caught a cardinal at my feeder today, but it was a female and she was mostly brownish with only a tinge of red on her wings, and top-knot! (whatever it is called).....will keep trying.... :)
I had the same busy day and was happy to finally get a decent photo. I love the cardinal in your photo. He has a gleam in his eye and a lovely red color.
