Another drive-by picture taken yesterday afternoon while driving home in near blizzard conditions. Not a great picture so I tweaked it in PS with a painterly effect.
You "tweaked" it beautifully. It has a ghostly feel to it. Where do you live? We had blizzard conditions north of where I live, but only STRONG winds here. I'm so glad we didn't have the snow on top of the dangerously windy conditions.
@dejongdd We're in the W'loo/CF area! We didn't get much snow but the winds were insane last night. We were driving back from Garrison which is in the middle of nowhere with lots of wide open spaces with not much to block the snow blowing across the road. I'm so sick of winter....it's hard for me to get inspired to go outside to even take a picture or 2 when it's this cold. Spring can't get here soon enough! :)
Seriously? I live in Oskaloosa! It's fun to find someone so close by on here. The wind last night was so freaky. I thought our house was going to end up in the neighbor's yard. I agree with you...spring cannot get here soon enough.
@dejongdd Ha! We're practically neighbors! You're one of the few people I've run across from Iowa I follow "Kari" from the CR area but I haven't seen her around her in a long time. Stay warm and hope for an early spring!
@dejongdd That would be great...I swear I've taken a picture of every barn, tree and weed within 100 miles of here at least twice so it would be nice to get some inspiration from other Iowans!
