Great perspective! I love how the road comes to a point at the horizon. Beautiful sky and clouds. It's amazing how much you can see. I am a Midwestern girl myself!!

@bluemoon Hi, Paula. I grew up about an hour northwest of Chicago in one of the suburbs, Arlington Hts. I think that's one of the reasons I especially love barns and cows too! When visiting home, we drive through Iowa, and I do love the expansiveness. It is so pretty by the Mississippi. I do love CO though and the mountains. I think I really appreciate the mts since IL is so flat. Thanks so much for all your comments too!
@overalvandaan Thank you Saxa for the nice comment on the Dusty Roads pic....the snow just blows across these flat areas and never really piles up until something gets in it's way to stop it. It's gradually warming up so it's melting quickly! :)
@chasable Thank you Charlie for stopping by and commenting. I love wide my wide angle lens but I haven't really mastered it yet. I get so much stuff in the picture that it's hard to tell what the focus is...I need some more practice for sure! :)
