A very damp start to the day - think it had started raining before we awoke and there was a heavy spell as I left the house for the office. Worrying thoughts spiralled around most of the day on the attack on Ukraine and where it will lead. And just feeling so sorry for the ordinary people now suffering. Putin is quite deranged.
Busy with meetings, boss head down publishing updated Ukraine guidance - only just managed to clear emails before leaving well after 6. Rain gone, but colder.
And Dave got a penalty for entering a bus lane. He's not someone who does that, but footage showed he'd driven into it for a short distance because oncoming traffic were encroaching onto his side because of a bin lorry parked up. Irritating.
No good things just now ……the world is a much more dangerous place today. Poor Dave…how unfair but in the scheme if things who are we to grumble I suppose.
