We've been worried about the outside window frames of the flat - very weathered and need repainting and / or possibly replacing. But on the second floor over a shopping street, it's no easy project. We've been able to park it while coronavirus has been complicating things.
Just to say, this is not a picture of our flat! Just a comment on the fact that they could be a whole lot worse...
Ha you had me worried for a moment there. You do seem to be good at finding these crumbling stucco facades. Character for sure but you wouldn't want to live there.
