Burns night

WOW! WOW! Thanks to everyone who put my sunrise picture on the Popular Page. I can't tell you how good it made me feel.

I've had real trouble posting a picture which I didn't take today as the website wouldn't let me change the date. So I've had to come up with a photo I did take today. I've taken inspiration from some of your photos on the Burns Night theme so here's my little tribute to Robbie Burns. The rabbit is a relic from the past. Our eldest son was just 3 months old when we moved to Scotland and this little tartan rabbit was his. I came across it recently and couldn't part with it. The book about the haggis was my prize for being a joint winner of a whisky tasting competition one Burns Night. Don't know how I won as I can't stand whisky!
A lovely warm cosy feel about this shot. What a dear old rabbit - eyes gone, some whiskers missing, obviously loved.

I love your collection of all things Scottish that you got together under the circumstances, well done! The rabbit is adorable, so glad you found it again.

Lovely! And that's a very nice variety of whisky my husband says! I don't like the stuff either! And toys the kids had..............they are part of the family too!

More whisky (and my husband agrees with Sarah's) and a nice themed shot - especially much loved bunny.
