Peach blossom

We have a peach tree on our allotment. It's been there for three years but hasn't yet produced anything edible. This year the blossom looks very promising, so here's hoping.

Beautiful close up. Make sure you cover the blossom with a sheet or something fairly light if there are frosts otherwise you won't get any peaches!

@rosiekind Thanks for that, we did actually put a sheet of polythene over today to prevent peach leaf curl. I expect it will protect against frost too.
