Mary Portas is known in the UK for re-designing tired town centres. St Neots didn't qualify for a hand-out but we have had a make-over and a new cinema in this formerly run down part of town. We're quite proud of our new precinct with it's outdoor seating areas and smart(ish) landscaping. Not many people about this fine sunny morning.
