It's that time of year again! The marmalade oranges are in the shops so we have set to this week and made lots of marmalade. Quite a lot of work but it will last us all year and we always have enough to give to friends and family or to give to the occasional fund-raising event. The small jars are to give to a friend who has a house in France.
A girl after my own heart -- So wonderful to make home made Marmalade -- nothing quite tastes so good . I used to make my own home made but these days I can not manage the prep of the fruit with out my neck back and arms being in so much pain so I cheat in using "ma-made" to make my own -- still better than shop bought !!
