The apple press

Peter has made this apple press so we can use some of our fallen apples to make apple juice. We may have a go at cider too! The apples are a cross between a cooker and an eating apple so are not too sharp and not too sweet.

That is a natty invention....we have so many apples this year it would be great to press ours too! Healthy home brewed drinks all round!

@happypat We took the idea and instructions from Jamie and Jimmy's Friday night feast. It didn't work quite as planned - wouldn't go through the muslin. After a few tweaks it now works much better
