Afternoon tea

We went to visit friends in their garden this afternoon. They have been making some changes to their garden, cutting back some of the larger trees and shrubs. My friend doesn't like having her picture taken, but she was ok with a back view! .
3 good things, 1) Catching up with good friends,
2) I've lost a few pounds since we came home
3) Some help to pull weeds from the church gardens
