Grafham water reservoir

This reservoir featured in the national newspapers recently as being one suffering from very low water levels. We stopped by here today for a photo just for the record. The stony area would normally be the water's edge so you can see how low it is.
Good things, 1) coffee out in a lovely coffee shop in Brampton. 2) friends for dinner this evening, 3)Peter cooking paella

A real marker for how low the reservoirs are this year…frightening how low they look but I’m hoping the rain will come & fill them up pretty soon. I think we should be building more reservoirs….

all our reservoirs are low Judith, it's alarming the number of leaks in the network. The water companies are accountable to no-one other than the shareholders ...shambles ! Was that a rant ?
