Clematis

This lovely clematis clambers randomly over the back fence. I grew it from a small cutting a few years back, and I'm really surprised at how well it has done.
Lots of gardening done today, cutting shrubs down at the church garden which didn't survive the winter, and emptying the compost bin at home

We haven't been able to grow clematis in our current house, though it was everywhere in our old garden. I do love them. Nice shot

I really love the colour of that clematis Judith. We haven’t got one clematis in this garden yet. I must get stuck into our garden next week without fail. Must find a place fir some if these climbers.
