We took this ride along the Buller Gorge. It nearly didn't happen though as there was a 110 metre long swing bridge 17 metres above the gorge which we needed to cross in order to catch the boat! I just couldn't do it, so they agreed to pick me up on the other bank if I could scramble down. It was exhilarating.
