Here Come's the Sun

The word of the day is Beatles. Well, don't kill me. I know I was supposed to be swooning over these guys. But at that age I was working on voice lessons and clarinet lessons. I was studying Beethoven and Bach. I'm not saying I dislike them, they just were never as high on my list as Janis Joplin or later Heart or Journey. But I reached back to remember a song that I did like. I don't see sunrise very often - and I didn't today. So I went outside and got it peeping over the house next door.
I admit it, I missed the boat on the Beatles too, Peter, Paul, & Mary or Simon & Garfunkel were my style...Nice sunflare!

Nice shot, Cathy. I thought of that song, too. I loved the Beatles and still remember when they appeared on Ed Sullivan ; )

@httpgeffed I love them, too. James Taylor and Carole King. @yonnie I remember it I was just so caught up in the other. When I started really listening they just never caught my attention.

Nice capture. (And The Beatles never did it for me, either.)

I liked the Beatles but they weren't my favorite. In my "teeny bopper" years I liked the Monkees more. But by high school it was Elton John and John Denver. In college Gordon Lightfoot and Dan Fogelberg. But Here Comes the Sun was my favorite Beatles song and still is.
