New Hip

I had the best of intentions. I came back strong - one whole day. Had a check up at the docs and then I promptly got Covid. I'd hate to do this without Paxlovid - which I didn't have to pay for but the receipt says $1600 for 5 days of pills! Who can afford that? Anyway. I'll try and jump back in when this is over.

I had the same operation 3 years ago - the toughest thing for me was coming off the Opioid pain killers!

Wishing you a speedy recovery and a short Covid spell. I have had both hips, both knees and both shoulders replaced, hips are not easy but deffo the best of the bunch!
