I couldn't wait to get out this morning and take photos of our first snow. It didn't cover the ground entirely but it was enough to make everything look beautiful -- especially the horse farms.
I'm a few days behind in posting so you'll probably see a lot more snow photos as I try to catch up!
Hope you're enjoying your weekend. Thank you all for being patient with me as I lag behind in my comments. I appreciate your visits and comments! pp., Top 20
Beautiful! We are still waiting for snow here in central Illinois. It keeps missing us. There are a few little snowflakes falling. But nothing to get excited about.
Cindy, this is just lovely - wondering where you live in Kentucky? This looks so much like property near my brother's home off of Ironworks Pike! Lovely shot!
@lyno - This was taken on a little road called Catnip Hill but I know where Ironworks Pike is. I love that area! It's just beautiful. Hey, thanks for the follow. I've long admired your work.
Love all the zigzags and soft muted colours. You've really worked the lines in this to create a wonderful composition. The hint of red in the roof is a nice touch too.
@soboy5@cimes1@nebzphoto - Thanks so much, my good buddies! I had no idea I had made it until I saw your comments. I'm humbled and pysched at the same time!
I love this, Cindy! Definately a FAV. I grew up outside of Louisville and have not lived there for 20 years, but this brought me home again. Great work!
What a wonderful composition.
This shot is marvelous. I love the composition.
p.s. We woke up to 9 inches of fluffy, brilliant white snow!
Just beautiful.
