Was trying my best to get some motion on this ball but couldn’t. Tried longer exposures…failed. Tried panning…failed. Tried photoshop…failed! lol Should of took a picture of something else, but too tired so this’ll have to do for today. At least I tried. I changed my tactic and used a faster shutter speed to catch this ball in mid-drop. Not what I wanted at all, so it’s my new goal for this project to photograph this ball with near-perfect motion.
That is ironic. I have been reading all day about "motion" photography after failing miserably at capturing my daughter mid-air at her cheerleading competition this week. I might have to keep an eye on you to check out your progress, and then make you teach me! :)
@nicolekos haha it seems so simple and probably is once you get the hang of it. Practice makes perfect so I'll do my best. You gave me some great motivation now tho. Your pictures of your little girl are beautiful by the way. Hope you suceed in getting that mid-air shot next time. ;)
