Two weeks ago, I took a shot of these fruit and received a suggestion to try the subject with a brighter background, which would help emphasize the color. Wanted it a bit brighter than this but still liked the way it turned out and the different angle helped to show off more of the glass fruit. I'll keep working on it. (@clarkafb_brat - Thanks for the suggestion John)
@krisdan - Thanks Kristy! I wasn't sure if a red background would work to well but after trying it I really liked the results!
