My go-to nature couldn’t leave off from not practicing more bubbly shots. Didn’t have enough soda to dip a whole popsicle but it was just enough for this small marble. It was much easier to get the bubbles to settle here than in yesterday’s shot, probably because the marble can’t melt!
Nice focus! Love the bubbles and all of the sizes and shapes. Something to consider,if you don't mind a suggestion, try cropping off the bottom an left side until the marble is in the lower right hand corner. I think it might draw ones eye more to the marble than the glass itself. - Just a thought.
@kimshots - Thanks so much Kim! I always appreciate kind suggestions, helps me to grow as a photographer. Before posting this shot, tried to crop it as you suggested but didn’t like it too much, lost a lot of clarity. Still, I tried it again and you’re right it does help draw the eye to the marble. If I had a macro lens or used a larger glass it might have been easier to crop without losing clarity. I’m gonna keep it in mind for the next shot though. I got a lot of things I wanna bubblize! Thanks! :)
@paulavdmerwe - Thank you very much Paula!
