A few months back I obtained Adobe Lightroom and recently starting digging into how to use it. It's very useful software that helps you keep your photograph collection organized and helps you get into a regular workflow of post-processing your images.
I'm typically an organized person, but we photographers take hundreds of thousands of photos and it can be a bit tough locating them after a while if they're all have names like 'IMG8957' (although that might work for some people).
There's so many articles online and so many different ways people stay organized so after I figure out exactly how I want to organize my photos I'll then upload them into Lightroom's database and start using it more and more.
I love this image and my favorite part of your commentary was "A few months back I obtained..." I am glad to read others order things and then they sit unused for a time. And thanks so much for your visits to my photos today and the fav for the fountain!
@taffy - Thank you Taffy! haha I deliberately wrote it that way because I just was not in the mood to learn how to use the program. But now I'm all hyped up about it. No problem, your fountain shot was awesome!
@lynnb - It's taking me a little while to get the hang of organizing my photos with Lightroom but it's editing tools are really handy. I still work with Elements but hope to use Photoshop CS6 one of these days. I wish you success in making it over the learning curve :)
