(Day 227) - Bride and Groom

Went to a surprise 26-year anniversary party for some dear friends that was put together by their grown children. It turned out so nice and they were thoroughly surprised. Among the decorations, they had these little boxes cut like a tuxedo and wedding dress. The boxes were filled with chocolate Kisses, very appropriate candy for the event :)

So upon getting home, I had the idea to take a shot of the boxes with a black and white background. Once again my clothing helped me out. I used a new white t-shirt and a black one, laid them flat across the ground and bent them up against a wall, taping them down securely. In Lightroom, I adjusted the whites and blacks to help eliminate some of the wrinkles found in the t-shirts.
What....wrinkles???....lol
Great idea, well done.

@lynnb - haha yeah the t-shirts I used for the background had a few wrinkles I couldn't eliminate while taking the shots. So I blew them out by increasing the tones. Thanks for the awesome comment Lynn!

@socalgal - Thank you Patty! Had much fun with this one.

@jackie8 - Really appreciate the kind remark Jackie! Thanks!

@kimshots - Thanks Kim! Amazing what you can come up with stuff around the house.
