Never realized how good limes smell until I was cutting this one for this photo. It left my room smelling so fresh and citrusy. It also tasted excellent in one my favorite punches, Lime Berry Splash. ◕‿◕
Wow lovely colour! Brings back great memories of the Lime tree that hung over the outside shower cubicle we had when I lived in Haiti. I love Limes : )
@cjphoto Limes will turn yellow when fully ripe but will then tend to be a little bitter so they are best picked when they have changed to a light green (but before they turn yellow). If you pick them too early they will not be juicy!!!
