(Day 321) - Z is for Zoom Blur

This brings us to the final letter of my Technique Alphabet! "Z" is for Zoom Blur, using a slower shutter speed and zooming your lens in or out while you take the picture. Some use this technique for abstract photography, others to give a subject a sense of speed. I used it to make a tree explode!!!!!! Mwhahaha!!!

♪ Now I've sung my ABCs, next time won't you sing with me. ♪ Haha. But seriously, taking a technique in alphabetical order was tons of fun and I highly recommend it! Got some new techniques under my belt now. My next monthly theme is coming tomorrow and it's gonna be sweet! Stay tuned. ◠‿◠
My apologies for missing so much of your alphabet but the visit with the grands was, well, grand! You've ended with a lot of energy. And since I've decided to improve my eating habits this coming year, I guess I'll have to view the next month's pictures with blinders on!

@olivetreeann - No problem Ann I understand completely. I have a tough time keeping up with everyone too! Super glad to hear that you had a fun time with the Grands! My next theme might test your eating habits though but I'll sure you'll do good this year!

@joysabin - Haha, glad to hear that! I was surprise with the slight clarity of the structures. Thanks for the comment!

@gilbertwood - Haha another good one Denise! Thank you so much for your kind alphabetical comments all month long! You're just as creative as me when it comes to your words! :)

@cljs - Thanks a ton Chris! Really appreciate it!

@cruiser - Thanks a lot Chris! Being organised really helps me put these themes together so that I don't have to stress so much about each day.

@kerosene - Thanks a bunch Caroline! I guess the explosive photo filled me with energy. There would be a lot of cleanup of a huge leafy mess if this tree did explode!

@francoise - Thank you so much Francoise! It's not always easy but staying organised helps a lot!
