(Day 261) - 500 Shades

It's not all about 50 shades of grey. Did you know that the human eye can distinguish about 500 shades of gray!?! Who knew this color had so many tones. How many do you think this tie has? Or even my calendar view for that matter? :D

This month of Grey/Gray was an interesting one. I had no shortage of ideas, but it was kinda of ironic that my motivation suffered a bit while photographing this moody color. But your comments really gave me a boost and I appreciate each and every one.

I haven't run out of colors yet. Next we're moving on to perky Purple! :)

Gray is a tough color for a steady diet of viewing but your month looks great and you have tackled it with your usual creative flare. I'm sorry I haven't be as faithful in viewing it- it's been a busy month. But I'm purposely staying closer to home in November so I should be seeing purple on a regular basis!
