Just over two years ago, I created a weeklong series of photos for this wonderful Paperclip Family.
I'm ready to revisit them for the month of July (it may not all be of the family, but paperclips will be a running theme). Think it's a good idea to start the new additions with a new addition! Jr. is meeting his new baby sister for the first time. :)
Edit: Well, it looks like I have enough ideas to use the Paperclip Family for the entire month. This is gonna be fun! :)
Well, I went through your 2015 series, obviously. That was a cool idea. Fresh and evocative. now it looks we will have some flashbacks starting from the pre-school years... look forward to see how your narrative skills will cope with the little sister's absence last year! ;-) have a fav for this and for season 1!
@summerfield@cruiser - I know! When I looked back to last year, couldn't believe how much time had passed! Guess time really does fly when you're having fun. Thanks!
@domenicododaro - Thanks for looking back through them Domenico and for the fav! I believe baby sis, when she was old enough, might have taken a few of those photos. I'll try my best to make it thorough the month with new ideas.
I remember seeing one or two of these but will have to go back and study them better. This one is precious! You do have a way of personifying objects in a most believable way
@julie - Thanks Julie! I wish I had a solid answer but many of them just come to my crazy mind and I really enjoy showing off my imagination in my photos. I love family life so being able to showcase it with paperclips is really fun. :)
Sorry all behind again.... I missed the first series but just read it now. Oh my gosh Chris, it is just the sweetest story of life .... I loved it! I particularly liked the sensitivity and the warmth in your words. What a fabulous idea for a series of pictures.....or a child's book even......
@stephanies Totally okay Stephanie. I'm behind too, such a busy week! Thanks so much for all your amazing comments and for taking time to check out this and the previous series. I'm not one to do a lot of writing but it really makes me happy to hear that those words of mine had sensitivity & warmth.
