(Day 244) - Tangled

Shooting macro with a rubber band ball. I love colored rubber band balls as it's fun trying very hard to track how each rubber band wraps. ๐Ÿ˜„
Nice macro, yup, I lost track pretty quick.

Nice macro shot. I never realized how hard it is to shoot a macro. I have been trying but nothing worth posting.....yet.

@jb030958 - It definitely takes a lot of patience!

What I do is I set my focus to infinity and then physically move the camera (on a tripod or stable platform) back or forward to focus. Got to really use your eye until it looks sharp. I'll use the focus ring for very fine adjustments.

Even a tiny bit of camera shake could blur the shot, so a self timer or shutter remote definitely helps. Also, if outside, watch out for the wind moving your subject.

You might already do these but hope that helps. Looking forward to seeing your results! :)

@cjphoto Thank you Chris. My cousin @mzzhope told me to keep practicing and she said she does the Cha Cha because she moves back and forth so much to get the perfect shot. I will keep your advice in mind๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š
