On the way to Castleton by the roadside is an old Hawthorne tree which is a favourite of the sheep when the weather is sunny. This was taken the other day when we had a nice sunny day. It’s hard to get a photo of as we usually have traffic behind us but I just had enough time this day.
You can see the sea on the horizon, it only a 30 min journey to the coast from the moor.
