Stump by craftymeg

Stump

One of my favourites. A cut down tree on the roadside over the moors, it has so much character.
Better on black

A footnote, my ginger bread turned out nicely yesterday, it took just 45 mins in the airfryer on bake and was beautifully moist, no crust or burnt bits. The recipe called for 75 mins in the oven and I baked on fan assist temps. So that was a success too.

Thank you for all your lovely comments and favs all are appreciated and welcome.
Fabulous capture of this beautiful stump. Your ginger bread sounds fabulous, I would never have thought of doing it in an airfryer.

Super old tree trunk - love the colour and the weathered look. I can see an eye looking out at me from it! You certainly are an expert at cooking/baking in your modern gadgets. Sounds good, and I love any ginger bakery/cakes!
