What is That Ice From

I don't know how this happened, but when I opened a container of Moose Tracks ice cream, there were ice crystals which had formed on it's surface. I thought it might make a cool photo. Can't believe that the ice cream lasted in my freezer long enough to form ice.

Interesting shot. The ice must have been edible as you are still here too tell the tale. Ice cream doesn't last long in our freezer
