Lines

I was downtown photographing the beautiful architecture. I almost passed by this building. It is a plain looking building. I snapped this shot when the lines of the fire escape caught my eye. I take pictures of the downtown buildings, because I like to preserve the history of these buildings. Too many of my city's downtown buildings have burned, collapsed, or have been destroyed. This building has had a recent fire. I think the building can be saved, but it will take time to repair the damage.
