I had a routine medical appointment in a city an hour and a half away from my home. We did not stop for long during our trip. Freezing drizzle was on its way and we wanted to get home before it arrived. We did make it home before it got icy. All of my pictures were taken from the car window at highway speeds. (My husband was driving.) When we were in the country, I kept noticing the rubble left over from last Autumn's harvest. This was the only good photo that I got of the corn stalks left in the corn field. This shot is for the flash of red (BW) challenge. The focus for February 4-10 is textures and patterns, especially patterns within the textures. This was my second choice photo for this challenge.
