Following on with the theme of my work landscape.
Medical notes in our hospital are still on paper. Notes are meticulously kept by all medical staff for their own and other staffs information.
This is a nurse specialist who needs to understand the complex needs of the patient she is to meet for the first time. Sometimes it takes time to digest and fully understand what the patient specifically needs from you

When I show my colleague the photo as I ask their permission to use, they tell me that I am very sneaky. But as I am often standing or sitting next to them it shows how engrossed they are because I don’t make any attempt to hide what I am doing!
brilliant denise, i have now answered my question in the previous comment re "do you work in a hospital?" . Your mono hospital photos deserve a wider audience
