The pudding

A day in the kitchen today, making meringues, pavlova and four big Christmas puddings. I usually make extra to give to my dear neighbours and so this one's wrapped and ready to go!

@happypat Yes - seems crazy doesn't it? Must be our English heritage…. It's very common for folks to have hot pudding and custard here. My recipe is an easy, never-fail one, without breadcrumbs or suet!
