Our son, Chad, went fishing with Chook this morning. Not sure where our three boys got their height from as they tower over both of us. Our daughter Brooke looks so tiny with her brothers. Anyway, they had a great morning and caught a couple of kahawai, which Chad was marinading in lemon juice for a few hours, before draining and adding coconut milk, chillies, onion etc. He's sporting a few less teeth after a hockey injury a few years ago, and is partway through treatment for dental implants.
Looks like a great father-son day out. I think I've been to that beach - is it a bit of walk through some dunes and then wade across a stream to get onto the beach itself. Can't remember the name of it.
Chad sounds a very handy guy Dianne, catching then cooking his own meals, you have trained him well! Nice to see Chook again! A day to remember, men are easily pleased!
