The other day I made lemon curd (or butter or honey). Today I made some homemade wholemeal bread, as the 'boys' had run out of bread this morning, so I made a couple of loaves to help tide them over! While in lockdown, we are doing our best to keep away from the supermarket and only going once a fortnight.
I love Lemon Spread as my Mum used to call it. I liked making it my self as well though had the misfortune of curdling the egg whites few times. Looks like nice home made bread as well. Unfortunately I have to keep to low carb foods most of the time anyway.
