I am still on the hunt for camera club images depicting fire, smoke or steam. We went out to Hamilton's Gap on the west coast and Chook very obligingly played with steel wool and matches. It resulted in some ok images and lots of small holes burnt in his woollen hat! You can even see Chook and some of the sparks flying off his hat...
@graemestevens Yes - we need a small tunnel like the one at Back Beach. We might have to try it inside an underpass like the farmers' use for getting their cows through.
Spectacular image Dianne superb reflected light and detail Fav, well done Chook very brave, I swung the wool for our camera club and ruined my coat and wool hat not to mention the hot bits down the back of my neck:)
@pcoulson oh no! I was trying to get some images of the sparks bouncing off an umbrella. Knowing the risk, it was an old brolly. Good burn holes and hopeless image!
