Sunrise

We have had a lovely weekend away with family and rented a house right next to this replica lighthouse at Manukau Heads. I was hoping for a beaut sunrise, but it wasn’t to be. The lights in the distance are art of Auckland city. What a fun weekend - an early 45th wedding anniversary celebration.

@brigette it is tiny but is up high on a hill over the harbour entrance.

@happypat this is the replica lighthouse overlooking the harbour entrance. It’s not in use but there is a light that flashes by the signal station house.
