Driving from New Plymouth to Wellington today was a bit challenging. We had very high winds, torrential rain, thunder storms and some hail. On the odd occasion, we even had some sunshine. The temperature fell to 12 degrees too. Just before dark, this lovely rainbow appeared over the Wellington hills and the light was amazing.
