Just A Tad Of Color

I said it was cold today, and as you can see, the stream is still partially frozen. It thawed a bit, but some parts are still frozen across. That large tree on the right is a favorite of mine, quite large and majestic. In the summer time it provides good shade from the sun. Tomorrow will be a long day. I will be starting early, around 7:15am to set up for an all day dementia class for our employees. The class will go until 4:00pm, and during the past few weeks I began preparing for new material. The first class is always touch and go, because you're never sure of how it will flow. Since I am familiar with most of the material, I think I'll be able to work my way through any rough areas, but I always worry about keeping the class interesting enough to maintain attention throughout the day.
You have your work cut out for you. I'm sure all will go well. I see why you love that tree. it's shows character.

Beautiful shot! And I think you'll do a great job on your class. Your passion and love the for patient will be the best part of it too.

Amen to Ann's comments. When you truly enjoy what you're doing, it comes through. Love the peace of this shot.
