Because 5 minutes after I posted the photo I got a call from the person who had rescued my pup the night before and we were able to have a happy reunion.
I thought the thought behind this was fun! I was listening to a song that I had heard so many times before and for the first time the lyrics "Concrete girl don't fall down...: hit me. What would it look like if concrete girl fell? She'd fall to pieces.
I tried something brand new - didn't know what to expect but I tried to get a snow ball hitting the driveway & shoot at time of impact. I have a point in shoot & not a rapid continuous shoot feature so I thought it may not work but I would try.
I often feel that I am hard-pressed to find subject matter that fits my landscape style but I keep my eye gates open, my heart patient, and am often blessed with special photo opportunities...this photo is actually now my new favorite fav in my entire project and I never thought I could replace my last fav
Hand's down, it's this one. With my dad's diagnosis of Alzheimer's in September, this shot of him returning from a foggy stroll one afternoon spoke to me of loneliness and remembrance.
