I can't believe its almost over either Stevie! Its been such a rewarding year that I wish I could continue, but I think my family would disown me if I put this pressure on for much longer! I will probably stick around though, as this is such an inspirational and supportive community, just not post daily.
I started Jan 1, but I'm not going to be at 100% then. I figure I'll just start another year and use those old holes if I want to post a contest shot or something.
My first photo was posted on 30th December 2011, so today I have completed my first year, although I was really counting a calendar year so will not consider it completed until 31st.
Having really enjoyed doing it I intend to carry on, but will perhaps be less strict in my personal rules.
@aleksandra I think I will do the same - stick around but not shoot every day! I got a lovely new camera for Christmas so it seems a shame to completely stop now.
@grizzlysghost - hehe me too - bit concerned that I haven't thought of a super-creative idea yet though!
@steviemichelle I finish Year 1 on New Years Eve, but the next morning starts Year 2. I'm already planning a series of shots and themes for 2013. No sense letting a calendar stop the momentum!
@steviemichelle absolutely, new gear is so much fun to play with! I just ordered my first L series Canon lens so need to give it a good work out when I get it next week!
@kannafoot Ron, I have a feeling I am going to continue taking daily shots into year 2, just out of habit! But I won't tell myself off if I skip a day or two! :)

I've been boring the pants off my family with it for the past year and whilst I'm looking forward to finish in two days time, I'll miss the community of people on here. I'll probably post intermittently but definitely can't commit to another year. it has been great though and I've got some stunning shots that I never would have got if i hadn't started this project. Cheers to 365.
Yes I also finish on New Years Eve. I can't say I will miss taking photos every day as some days were a struggle to keep up but I have definitely enjoyed it and may keep posting photos here and there if I get chance. My 365 was a part of the Project 101 I am doing so I am glad to have a bit of extra time each day now to concentrate on that :) Best of luck with those continuing 365 (and those due to start, my partner included) and Happy New Year to all!

I started on my birthday in August, so I'll be on a while. I will miss so many of you leaving in January, but I'd be in the front of the line if it were my time.
I do ;) Made it through my first year. I didn always take one pic a day and load it that day, but it was still a challenge to stick with it. Hello 2013 on 365... can't wait to start my new year.
I finish on New Year's Eve too. Can't believe I have managed to take a shot every day. I will carry on but much less strictly. I would like to be able to spend more time learning new skills, particularly with editing techniques.
I also finish on the 31, and if I continue it will be year number four, I hope I can continue, but it is a lot of work and pressure to come up with different things to shoot. I will decide soon as to whether I continue or not.
I started on Jan 4th, so still a couple of days to go for me. I agree that this year seems to have flown by. Happy that I did this year by using my camera every single day, no fillers or gaps. Have learnt so much from this wonderful community, and have renewed my membership to keep posting.

Definitely, although I will not be a strict on myself. When I started 2011 I said that I would take and post each photo on the actual day and this has been tricky at times but I have done it and I am pleased I have. I have enjoyed creating my 'special style' of photography and I hope other have.

me too ! Can't believe it - I finish with my last one on 31st (which will actually be 366 !) I have taken a photo every single day (although have not alway managed to upload on that day) and have never used a filler. It has been very tricky at times though. Now, what to do today !!!
I finish on 31st too. It was my first year and I'm undecided about carrying on. I have been ill for a week but couldn't fail my project with only a week to go so I haven taken a crap photo for every day for the last week. It's a bit of a let down to end with a string of poor photos (I'll get them uploaded soon) but I have been very ill and at least I managed to take something each day!
@stoat - Same, Debbie! I haven't used a filler either .. it's been very difficult at times!!

I finish my first year on 31 January -- yikes, that's tomorrow! The year seemed so long when I began but, like very other year nowadays, it sped past. Will definitely keep going!
My 365th day is today because I took one on Feb 29th. I totally forgot that it was a Leap Year, so it will be Project 366! (Sounds so weird, doesn't it?!)
@roachling I was very ill through the late summer and most if the autumn. It was a real drag to find something new each day when my bed was my only viewpoint so I sympathise.

Ok officially I finish on jan 3rd I mucked up last year and posted some photos to the end of dec 2011 and the first 3 days I'd jan 2012 so the computer had my 366th day 3 days ago. So tell me do I just re- aced ( paid for year two) so does that mean I have to start a new albumn for year 2 or do I just continue with my 365 albumn And Change the Title??? Help!!!
