What's your favourite photo from the past week (12 to 18 Nov)? Let us know by posting them here by copying and pasting the code from the 'Share' box that's in your photo page, together with info on when it was taken. Part of the challenge is only selecting ONE picture, so no cheating!
I had a few I liked, but for me it's this one (taken on 17 November):
I have chosen this photo as my favorite although it would probably actually be one of the 187 photos I took while walking along the beach on the 14th. I still haven't chosen which to post for that day! ha
@andifree What a beautiful shot! Nothing like a child's pure joy in a photo. =)
I was having kind of an off week, but I suppose I'd choose this one. Nothing really special about it, I just like it. Inspired by the famous Tinkerbell on the mirror shot.
because it's SOOC and I went there photograph the pyramide and came back with 200 pictures of the louvre, the tuileries garden and the ferry wheel under construction place de la concorde. A great day!
Fantastic photos here as always! I continue to be amazed by the amount of talent that is on this site!
I am missing a few from this time period. It's been a rough week. I think this one is my favorite though. I went from water to milk and this drop looks like a pearl. I also like the colors that were in the background.
I picked this since it was a challenging shot - straddling over the tub with my camera in one hand and a lightstand with shoot thru umbrella in the other :)
It was a very close run thing between this and my 'Rose Seller'. I had adjusted that to give it a 1920s feel, less because that is a particular look I like than because it suited the picture. However, these two girls just bring back such lovely memories, so they win by a hair's breadth:
This is a great collection of favourites, and I have lefts comments on many, but here are a few I missed - Finding them just goes to show how important these and the PP and other pages are for seeing stuff you'd otherwise miss. @kabbage That is just soooo wonderful. I'm going to go fav it in a mo @melissapike Likewise your's Melissa @eliserose781, that is a beautiful shot - 'urban beauty'. @lintbrush That's too cute for words! @geertje Gorgeous - a tension with tussle between two beautiful things - let's hope the blossom survived @kasumie13: the colours - wow! @jo365 lovely joy captured here, in colour and expression and brilliant composition
Wow. I had two pics that were decent and I love both. Super hard choice between the two. My donkeys had the "cute" factor in the bag! But, as far as pretty, I think I like this one.
I had quite a productive week, but liked this one as it was a spur of the moment shot, through railings from the top of the Royal Albert Hall whilst trying to avoid the stewards spotting me ...
I think this is my fav one i took this week .. I love Glass , I love the man who made it and i think the picture came out quite well . Glass is hard to photograph.
This week I felt like I did some of my best photographic work and several of my pics were faved, which is such a confidence booster. However, this pic wasn't quite as popular as I expected. It's still somehow my absolute favorite I've ever taken too. I made every bit of this, from shaving the cork to fit the bottle that I had (filled with sand from our honeymoon), to making thewriting on the label as close to the label in the movie as I could, to mixing the perfect color liquid, and so on.
@kidatheart That's a cool photo. I'm glad no one got a picture of me doing the same thing on the couch. Couch cushions are evil and slide, causing a person to accidentally grab the pen cup off the desk and fling pens around the room.....but the lights are so worth it!
@wndswptlady That orange tree is beautiful! It is still summer here in Texas (high of 85 tomorrow) so we don't get to see fall colors very much! love it!
Gotta be last Fridays.
Well at least I tried
16th November, just a quick rushed shot in my backyard but I like the way it came out.
a poor week on the whole picture quality wise but a huge week 'tree' wise #savethetree and I love my mothers ingenuity with mending this tap!!
this is my favorite
I made myself laugh. Sad arent I?!
my lil sweetie Emma laughing....she such a riot! and has such character for a 17 month old:)
I was having kind of an off week, but I suppose I'd choose this one. Nothing really special about it, I just like it. Inspired by the famous Tinkerbell on the mirror shot.
Yes, I realize power lines need to be removed. :)
This was last Friday night and such a blast!
Awesome weather, lovely company and just good fun!
There are a lot of wonderful photo's here. I chose this one. I just like it.

Haven't really done waterdrops..so first try
I really like this one. :3
nearly life long dream fulfilled! besides, he's cute!
Sinterklaas and Zwarte Pieten! I took several nice shots, but this one is the most interesting / least "standard", so this is my pick.
I thought this one turned out nice...
not a good week for me, but this one for it's colours
taken on the 18th. a lucky catch, my little girl moves quick!
It was the only one that was taken within that time-frame.
It was this one or the old school bicycle, but nature shots are my favorite.
This is from my latest visit to London. I set the challenge to get this particular kind of movement shot and think I managed to do it justice.
My parents have been married 51 years and this is their original wedding bands that no longer fit them. I wear them on a chain now.
