Have any of you accidently commented on a same photo twice?
I try to be very careful but a few times I've done it and then hurry and delete my second comment but feel bad that I made the mistake. I may recognize the picture but think I haven't commented on it yet and then oops, too late...a second comment.
I wonder if you get an email on the second comment if you remove it quickly?
I don't get the emails about comments but I can't say I would mind! If someone thought something of it and commented and then did it again later, it must be because they liked it both times even if they can't remember the first time! I am sure I must have done this at times. I think I would probably just laugh at myself if I noticed!

@mittens I've probably done the same and didn't realize it, Marilyn. Everyone makes mistakes - if they're human. You're a sweetie so don't fret over it. I try to catch my typos before I click the button, but I have to edit - a lot. LOL!
@mittens - if the member opted to receive notifications by email, yes, he/she will see your second comment even if you have deleted.
to check if you have already commented on a familiar photo, just press CTRL/F on your keyboard and type in your name or handle.
my opt repeated problem is i know i have already commented on a photo but it gets lost. well, i found out that what i would do is press Entr instead of clicking 'post reply'.
@mittens That is your scenario. Why don't you think that the person thinks that look, Marilyn loved the photo that she returned to it!
And if you comment twice on the same photo, it must be a good confirmation that you are consistent in your preferences.
I've done it too. But I don't really ponder over that. I can not control what the other thinks.
Also, ask yourself: what would you say to yourself if you noticed that someone commented twice on your photo?
Fantastic advice as always from @monikozi and I can’t imagine that very many people would even be that upset on this site. I haven’t found but one person in 10 years who was not thoughtful, considerate, or understanding here.
