@comfortplenty When I return to the states I will be in Dallas, Texas, have never been there in my life. We shall see how it goes. Good luck in Washington.
Im originally from Massachusetts, I have lived in Southern California for 30 years now! @rmkgreene what a coincidence, well the so cal part anyway! where in so cal do you live??
Thanks for this, I was wondering the same thing!! I was born and raised in New Hampshire, a tiny state in New England, currently in the Lakes Region. :)
Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Our advertising says: beautiful one day, perfect the next. And it really is except that we've been battered by cyclones and flooded this year.
You're right...I forgot to include it in my profile and yet it's the first thing I like to check out on others. I'm from Toowoomba, Queensland Australia. We were on the news recently with our big floods...amazing for Toowoomba as we have no river and are perched on top of a range.
I live in Perth Western Australia, before this i lived in melbourne Victoria Australia and before that Sheffield in Yorkshire England where i was born.
I'm in St. Francis, Minnesota (northern suburb of Minneapolis), but was born and raised in Canada.
@nectarfizz - I had to chuckle when I read your initial post on this -- the last time I suggested an optional field for location on profiles, people got REALLY upset! Glad someone else is on the same page as me. :)
Sedalia, Missouri, United States of America. Sedalia is by many other names: Queen City of the Prairie, Home of Ragtime Music, site for the annual Missouri State Fair, Home of the annual Native American Pow Wow, home of a beautiful Katy railroad depot (now part museum and part chamber of commerce offices on the Katy Trail (biking and walking trail), a stop on the Amtrak railroad line, a city with two historic designated districts.
@laurentye@pwallis Hi There..I live in Calgary, Alberta, CANADA!! I have lived in Winnipeg and a small town in NL but have travelled from coast to coast. There are lots of Canadians on this site.
@sbconifer My step-sister lives there, and since I am in England 1/2 the year I don't have a regular home of my own. I will be staying with her there. Hopefully eventually I will be in England full time. M and I have been together 2 years so we are hoping to file for a Visa soon.
Originally from Pennsylvania, currently living in Detroit, Michigan (since August). I love it here but will probably end up back in PA in the long run because I miss my family and friends.
I own a home 30 minutes west of downtown Indianapolis, IN, but since I am an over-the-road truck driver, I live in a semi-truck (comparable to a British lorry). I have a teammate, so there are two of us sharing that small space. We have been on a dedicated run for the past year which takes us between Dallas, TX, and Albuqueque, NM.
And thanks, good luck to you too!
I'm in Clarksville, Virginia
(a random town i had never heard of until i moved there)
