prob dumb question but how do u do selective colouring on pc

@kmrtn6 I was going to post the same question! I can only do "spot color" on a black and white that is circular in shape, and can only do one item in a photo.
@rainbowsnic42 What photo editing software do you use to allow multiple areas of spot color, and different colors and shapes? Very cool!
